As a Clinical Pharmacist at Edward Hospital in Naperville, you will play a vital part in our commitment to optimal patient outcomes. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling with day and evening shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays. You will assist in coordinating clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of care are met daily.
In this position, you will help develop new pharmacy services and clinical workflows while facilitating staff education to ensure team competency. You will supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel to maintain robust clinical programs. Your work will focus on implementing systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies, all while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
