We are looking for a friendly, compassionate leader to join our culinary team at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. In this role, you will manage a team of registered dietitians to guide patients, families, and facility staff on all aspects of medical nutrition therapy to create a healthy and healing environment. You will build relationships with physicians and nursing to support patient satisfaction and achieve quality care that meets each patient's nutritional needs.
This position offers the opportunity to provide leadership that fosters a team environment characterized by morale, passion, quality, and respect. You will serve as a key liaison between clinical nutrition and other departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives.
