About the Role
This position serves as a vital leader within the Intensive Care Unit 1, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel. You will act as a partner to the Manager, planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the unit's delivery of patient care in a cost-effective manner. Your role bridges clinical excellence with operational leadership, providing guidance to the healthcare team while integrating the Nursing Philosophy with the mission, vision, and values of OhioHealth.
You will be a resource for staff, guiding patient care delivery and fostering a collaborative environment across the continuum of health care. This role is designed for those who believe learning is a lifelong process and strive for excellence among the best in the healthcare industry.
