About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Unit, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

In this full-time night position, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions during your shift. You will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision. Your role is pivotal in operationalizing nursing strategies, such as employee rounding and service recovery, to support a patient-first philosophy and improve overall departmental performance.
