About the Role
As a Branch Manager (RN) in Spring, TX, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of quality interdisciplinary home health care services. This role exists to ensure compliance with federal and state standards while upholding clinical best practices. You will serve as an educator and mentor for your team, guiding them on documentation, clinical standards of care, and compliance.
You will be an excellent fit if you love interacting with people daily, possess a passion for nursing and teaching, and have outstanding communication skills. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, self-motivated, and believes in a team approach to problem-solving. You will freely share your ideas and stand up for what you believe in, while also enforcing policies and regulations by explaining the 'whys' behind them.

Requirements
- verified2+ years experience as Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
- verifiedSupervisory experience in Home Health
- verifiedRN license in the State of Texas
- verifiedKnowledge of Home Health regulations and general healthcare compliance
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- verifiedHCHB EMR experience (preferred)
