About the Role
As the Director of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing the department's overall function, staffing, forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. This role is designed for a leader who fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration while supporting the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures that align with facility objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success of a critical care environment that serves a diverse patient population.
