RN Supervisor

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will serve as a critical guardian of clinical integrity within PrimeCare Home Care Services. In this position, you ensure that adult home care services are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to state regulations and Medicaid requirements. Working independently with minimal supervision, you bridge the gap between clinical leadership and field staff, ensuring patient safety and regulatory readiness across your assigned caseloads.

Your day involves a dynamic mix of office-based analysis and in-home engagement. You will conduct supervisory visits to evaluate the delivery of skilled nursing and personal care services, providing real-time education and clinical guidance to caregivers. Simultaneously, you will review complex clinical documentation, from initial assessments to care plan renewals, identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment to our mission. New hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, structured as $500 paid upon hire and $500 paid after 90 days of employment.
