This position serves as a vital component of the laboratory team, performing a comprehensive range of routine and complex procedures to ensure accurate patient care. From specimen processing and handling to the testing, calculation, and reporting of results, the role demands precision and adherence to strict quality control standards. The successful candidate will operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in the development of new protocols. This role also encompasses patient-oriented tasks, including phlebotomy, with a specific focus on accommodating the unique physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients across all age groups.
