About the Role

Based at the UCHealth Urgent Care Voyager Pkwy location in Colorado Springs, this onsite Clinical Education position serves as a vital resource for the Urgent Care Administration department. The role focuses on developing and delivering services related to the orientation, continuing education, and professional development of clinical staff.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies. You will design, deliver, and evaluate learning activities and curricula that address clinical competencies, organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies. Acting as a consultant and mentor, you will guide clinical staff in program development, clinical practice, and professional growth. This position requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
