The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs. Interactions occur via direct encounters, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic channels.
Working in collaboration with other members of the health care team, the Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Actions taken in this role reflect the organization's core values and support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
