As a Clinical Dietitian within the Nutrition Therapy department at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, you will serve as an expert in medical nutrition therapy, specifically focusing on GI Nutrition for our Digestive Health Clinic patients. This role is designed to guide and support patients through complex gastrointestinal therapies, including gastroparesis, Celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and short bowel syndrome, among others.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in an ambulatory setting to assess patient needs, develop evidence-based care plans, and monitor outcomes. The position offers a blend of in-person and telehealth interactions, requiring a compassionate approach to working with diverse populations. Beyond direct patient care, this role plays a vital part in the academic enterprise, offering opportunities to teach, develop patient education materials, and precept dietetic interns and GI fellows.
