About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our new Glendale clinic in Phoenix, AZ. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, teamwork, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. As the Operations Manager, you will be the go-to person for daily operations, managing scheduling and care coordination, and supporting behavior technicians and administrative staff. You will partner closely with the Clinic Director to maintain operational excellence and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for families while building strong relationships within the local community.

Requirements
