In this role, you will guide clients through legal processes with clarity and care. Your day will involve responding to incoming calls and messages, ensuring every client feels heard and respected. You will conduct intake interviews to gather and verify information, determine eligibility based on established criteria, and facilitate the timely completion of necessary contracts and forms. Beyond administrative tasks, you will provide ongoing reassurance to maintain trust and satisfaction, while collaborating with the team to identify improvements that enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
