The Client Success Coordinator is an entry-level role designed to provide essential administrative, operational, and delivery support to Comscore's Client Success organization. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations for account teams by assisting with reporting workflows, data quality assurance, scheduling, and internal tracking.
You will play a critical role in supporting client deliverables while learning Comscore's tools, data sets, and reporting processes. The goal of this role is to grow into progressively more client-facing responsibilities. You will partner with account managers and client success leads to prepare materials, organize tasks, and maintain accurate internal documentation. By coordinating cross-functional interactions with Analytics, Product, and Support teams, you will help run recurring or ad-hoc reports and manage meeting logistics. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge in analytics and client workflows, eventually supporting more advanced responsibilities.
This position is remote, but candidates must reside in the USA. If you are located within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (Portland, OR; New York, NY; Evansville, IN; or Reston, VA), you are required to report in-person two times per week.
