As the hero for our small-to-medium business customers, your mission is to keep them happy, loyal, and thriving. You will reduce controllable churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives, and uncovering upsell opportunities that truly meet customer needs. Your day will involve answering disconnect and billing calls, making outbound calls to inform customers about referral programs and new products, and reaching out to those nearing contract expiration to secure renewals. You will negotiate pricing and terms, troubleshoot service issues, and work with sales support to find the best solutions for installation or service challenges.
