About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Retention Representative who loves connecting with people and making an impact. This role is your chance to build relationships, create lasting solutions, and help businesses succeed while driving revenue and advancing your own career.

As the representative, you will be the hero who keeps our small-to-medium business customers happy, loyal, and thriving. Your mission is to reduce controllable churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives, and uncovering upsell opportunities that truly meet customer needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving service, pricing, and technical issues, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. Additionally, you will work closely with sales support to find the best solutions for installation or service challenges and provide valuable customer insights to the marketing team to help shape future strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAnswer customer disconnect calls and resolve issues with creative solutions
  • check_circleReach out to customers nearing contract expiration to secure renewals
  • check_circleTroubleshoot and resolve service, pricing, or technical issues

Requirements

  • verified5+ years relevant experience or high school diploma/GED with 3 years experience or associate/bachelor's degree in related field
