Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnswer customer disconnect calls and resolve issues with creative solutions
- check_circleReach out to customers nearing contract expiration to secure renewals
- check_circleTroubleshoot and resolve service, pricing, or technical issues
- check_circleMake outbound calls to inform customers about referral programs and new products
- check_circleManage sales orders and provide customer insights to the marketing team
- check_circleCollaborate with sales support to resolve installation or service challenges
- check_circleNegotiate pricing, promotions, and terms while performing fee calculations
- check_circleHandle billing inquiries and create a best-in-class customer experience
- check_circleDrive revenue by identifying and exploring upsell opportunities
- check_circleEducate customers on maximizing Cox Business products and services
Requirements
- verified5+ years relevant experience or high school diploma/GED with 3 years experience or associate/bachelor's degree in related field
- verifiedProficiency with computers and common business software
- verifiedAssociate degree or technical certification in related discipline (preferred)
- verifiedB2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas (preferred)
- verifiedBackground in revenue generation or customer retention roles (preferred)
- verifiedExperience in communications industry or with major communications equipment vendor (preferred)
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
