About the Role
The Client Solutions Director serves as a trusted business advisor within the finance and accounting, human resources, operations, and business systems and transformation sectors. In this fast-paced environment, you will cultivate project and business consulting opportunities by developing enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders.
Your day will involve introducing our services to new and existing clients through video, telephone, and in-person meetings. You will research trends in hiring, the labor market, and the competitive landscape to deliver marketplace insights that help clients navigate complex initiatives requiring senior-level professionals. Success in this role requires a self-confident, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills who thrives on building persuasive relationships at all levels of an organization.
