As a Client Service Specialist in our Legal Assistant Department, you will build lasting relationships and provide essential support for clients throughout the claims process. Working in a fast-paced, professional call center setting, you will interact with clients via computer and telephone, ensuring they feel confident in our firm's ability to assist them.
This role is fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding. You will be the first point of contact for many, requiring you to proactively contact clients to maintain relationships, resolve concerns, and maintain high standards of confidentiality. The position offers a great team environment where you can utilize your strong work ethic and desire to help others.

- check_circleRetain and recall Social Security Administration and company policies and processes
- check_circleKeep updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions in a paperless database system

- check_circleMaintain confidentiality while solving client problems and addressing concerns
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma; Degree preferred
- verifiedCustomer service experience
- verifiedCall center experience
- verifiedMinimum 40 WPM typing speed
- verifiedKnowledge in computer technology and the Internet (MS Office Outlook)
- verifiedSocial Security Disability Law or other disability or medical background strongly preferred
- verifiedLegal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or other legal experience preferred
- verifiedFluent in Spanish a Plus
Nice to Have
Degree or equivalent combination. Social Security Disability Law or other disability or medical background, including former DDS, ODAR and SSA employees. Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or other legal experience. Fluent in Spanish.
