As a Client Service Representative I, you will be the face of our operations at the client site, responsible for the prompt delivery of on-site work assignments and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Whether you are troubleshooting a paper jam, coordinating a shipment, or assisting end-users with equipment functionality, your focus will always be on delivering exceptional service.
This position requires adaptability, as site responsibilities and locations may shift based on client and division needs. You will attend cross-functional trainings to ensure you can provide coverage across different areas when short-staffed, making you a versatile asset to the team.
