As a Client Service I Representative in Shipping and Receiving, you will be the face of our operations at the client site. Your primary mission is to ensure the prompt delivery of on-site work assignments while delivering exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction. This role is dynamic; your responsibilities may shift across various functions including copy center operations, mail and courier services, reception, inventory management, and warehouse support, depending on the specific needs of the client and division.
You will serve as a vital link between the client and our internal teams, promptly addressing customer concerns and managing requests via email, phone, and text. Your day-to-day impact involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to the creation of site procedure guides, and ensuring seamless coverage during staffing fluctuations through cross-functional training. Whether you are verifying incoming shipments, sorting interoffice mail, or maintaining reprographic equipment, your focus remains on operational excellence and customer trust.
