Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute outbound follow-up on workshop attendees, seminar leads, and internal marketing lists
- check_circleSecure a minimum of 6+ first-time kept advisor appointments per week
- check_circleReactivate dormant leads and no-shows to maximize conversion
- check_circleExecute and support 8–10 marketing events per quarter including logistics and RSVPs
- check_circleInitiate new client onboarding paperwork and prepare applications with precision
- check_circleTrack and report KPIs including outreach volume, appointments set, and conversion rates
- check_circleCoordinate Advisor calendars to ensure operational efficiency
- check_circleLog all daily activity in the CRM system and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
