Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleExecute outbound follow-up on workshop attendees, seminar leads, and internal marketing lists
  • check_circleSecure a minimum of 6+ first-time kept advisor appointments per week
  • check_circleReactivate dormant leads and no-shows to maximize conversion
  • check_circleExecute and support 8–10 marketing events per quarter including logistics and RSVPs
  • check_circleInitiate new client onboarding paperwork and prepare applications with precision
  • check_circleTrack and report KPIs including outreach volume, appointments set, and conversion rates
  • check_circleCoordinate Advisor calendars to ensure operational efficiency
  • check_circleLog all daily activity in the CRM system and maintain accurate records

Requirements
