The Client Services Associate serves as a vital support pillar for Wealth Management Advisors, enabling them to effectively develop and service banking, investment, and trust customers. This role is designed to handle the operational and transactional backbone of client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from account opening to ongoing profile management.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and Wealth Management Operations. Your day-to-day involves guiding customers through complex account opening processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant, and managing critical updates to client profiles, including KYC, investment profiles, and tax forms. You will also provide direct customer service by screening calls, resolving queries, and facilitating various account services such as wire transfers, multi-currency setups, and account registration changes.
Beyond client-facing duties, you will support advisors with administrative tasks like calendar management and trip coordination, while maintaining rigorous compliance with regulations such as the BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC. Success in this role requires a proactive commitment to staying current on market news, financial products, and internal policies through active participation in training and product meetings.
