As a Claims Intake Analyst (FNOL) in the Claims Department, you will play a vital part in our transformation by handling initial claim reports from policyholders, agents, and third parties. Your focus will be ensuring timely and accurate claim setup into our claims management system to facilitate smooth processing. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where constant change is the norm, requiring you to capture complete information about incidents, damage, and involved parties with high accuracy.
