Wells Fargo Advisors is seeking a Client Associate to join the Wealth and Investment Management team. In this position, you will serve as a vital support partner to Profit Formula Financial Advisors, helping to facilitate exceptional client service and operational excellence.
You will act as the primary liaison for client inquiries and referral sources, ensuring that all account-related information, quotes, and documentation are handled with precision. Your day-to-day involves managing client appointments, establishing new accounts, and maintaining the rigorous filing and record-keeping standards necessary to support the growth of client relationships. By bridging the gap between advisors and clients, you help create a seamless experience that balances strong customer relationships with a compliance-driven culture.
Candidates for this role must successfully complete a FINRA background screening prior to hire. Individuals subject to statutory disqualification under FINRA rules are not eligible for association with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates will also be expected to comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
