We are seeking a Vice President, Client Processing Manager - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal within the Transaction Processing function, ensuring the seamless execution of client transactions while upholding our commitment to operational excellence.
In this position, you will support BNY Mellon's strategic pillars of client-centricity and operational efficiency. You will manage complex client processing tasks with precision, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation to enhance client trust and satisfaction. As a subject matter expert, you will lead the execution of client transactions, optimize workflows to reduce operational risks, and drive process innovation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices. Your work will directly impact the overall client experience by monitoring metrics, resolving complex transaction-related issues, and guiding junior team members through knowledge sharing and skill development.
