The team acts as a vital partner to clients, managing direct relationships with several large fund managers while interacting with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
As an Assistant Vice President in the AIS Loans Unit, you will bridge the gap between operational execution and strategic client management. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on making an impact from day one, balancing significant managerial responsibilities with hands-on delivery of services. You will manage consistent, high-quality service delivery across all regions, overseeing internal workflows, client deadlines, and the development of client relationships with vendors and internal development teams.
Your day-to-day involves leading ad hoc projects, driving efficiencies through technological enhancements, and ensuring the integrity of cash and position reconciliations. You will assist senior management in implementing a new Global Operating Model for the Private Credit product line while maintaining a proactive awareness of client needs. Success in this position requires the ability to perform under pressure, direct multiple tasks simultaneously, and identify unusual transaction activity in accordance with corporate guidelines.
