This SETA Cleared PMO Analyst role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams in Bethesda, MD. You will translate mission needs into technical requirements, manage those requirements, and help shape strategic program direction. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between complex business processes and actionable insights. You will translate intricate workflows into visual dashboards and interactive reports to facilitate decision-making at all levels. Your work will involve defining and maintaining engineering artifacts, architecture standards, and IT lifecycle documentation for both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will also support contract efforts, including SOWs, RFPs, and cost proposals, while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve administrative and contractual issues.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you interface directly with customers and program managers. The role requires the ability to independently conduct analysis to offer recommendations and solutions to resolve emerging problems. Whether facilitating knowledge sharing across teams or documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement, your contributions will directly support the integrity and efficiency of our government missions.
