About the Role

The CDL Class A Driver is the vital link in our delivery network, responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods to and from customer locations, distribution centers, and other assigned destinations. This role is more than just driving; it requires a commitment to adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and strict delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service.

In this position, you will be the face of BakeMark at the customer's door. You will ensure the accuracy of product delivered versus invoices, handle payment collection when required, and maintain open communication with Branch Management. Your day involves inspecting truck equipment and supplies, safely operating power equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensuring proper equipment cleanliness. You will treat all customers, both internal and external, with respect, courtesy, and kindness, following up on all requests to ensure satisfaction.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL Class A driver's license and a clean driving record. The process includes passing a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check to ensure you meet company and federal requirements.
