Drivers can look forward to weekly home time and opportunities for safety bonuses. The position offers a competitive average annual income of $96,500, with earnings potentially influenced by factors such as training completed, tenure, endorsements, and equipment type.
Full-time drivers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO accrual from day one, a 401(k) with company match, and medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. Additional perks include life insurance, mental health and disability benefits, two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days of holiday pay.
