Class A Owner Operator, OTR, Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Owner Operators to join our team for dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van routes. This position offers a stable partnership where you can leverage your skills to haul loads ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 pounds, with 50% of loads weighing 25,000 pounds or less. The role is designed for drivers who value consistent home time and reliable earnings, offering an average gross weekly pay between $5,000 and $7,500.

What to Expect

As an Owner Operator with us, you will enjoy a dedicated route structure that balances time on the road with time at home. You can expect to average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, with a typical schedule of 5 to 14 days out. While the standard expectation is to be home at least one weekend per month, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. A key benefit of this position is that no driver load or unload is required, allowing you to focus entirely on driving.

Equipment & Compensation

We support your business with a paid fuel surcharge and a free base plate program. We accept trucks up to 15 years old, ensuring that experienced drivers with well-maintained equipment can join our fleet. Lease purchase programs are available for those interested in transitioning to ownership.

Hiring Process & Orientation

We are committed to making your transition smooth and supportive. Our paid orientation program covers accommodation, providing drivers with their own room. Additionally, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and travel expenses are covered during this period. To qualify, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only, and possess at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
