As a Dry Van carrier, we operate across all 48 states with late-model trucks equipped with Tri-Pac generators, no-slip seating, and electronic logs.

About the Role

We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers for our Dry Van fleet. This is a solo, W2 position focused on line haul operations with no driver load or unload responsibilities. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,300 miles per week.

Home time is flexible and depends on your location. Drivers living closer to our North Dakota location or along our main routes may find it easier to get home. The typical schedule involves being out for 10 to 21 days, with the option to stay out longer if desired. Drivers earn one day of home time for every seven days worked, though weekends at home are not guaranteed.

Compensation & Incentives

Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay between $1,000 and $2,000. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 referral bonus. Additional monthly incentives are available for safe driving and idle percentage.

Hiring Requirements

To join our team, candidates must possess a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience.
