As a Dry Van carrier, we operate across all 48 states with late-model trucks equipped with Tri-Pac generators, no-slip seating, and electronic logs.
We are committed to excellence and provide a top-notch training program for new drivers who hold a certificate of completion from a credited truck driving school.
About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers to join our team. This is a solo, W2 position focused on line haul operations with no driver load or unload duties. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,300 miles per week.
Home time is flexible and depends on your location. Drivers living closer to our North Dakota location or along our main routes may experience easier access to home. The typical schedule involves being out for 10 to 21 days, though drivers may stay out longer if desired. You earn one day of home time for every seven days worked, though weekends at home are not guaranteed.
Compensation and Incentives
Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay between $1,000 and $2,000. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 referral bonus. Additional incentives include monthly payments for safe driving and idle percentage.
