The Lead Support Driver serves as a vital safety net for our operations, traveling to various locations to fill in for regular route collection drivers covering vacation, sick leave, or other business needs. While the company strives to keep drivers traveling within their region, this role occasionally requires travel outside the region to ensure seamless service. This is a safety-sensitive position that demands a clear mind and diligence, as the employee is responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of others. You will be the backbone of our success, ensuring that our mission to keep waste out of landfills continues uninterrupted.

5 Years Class A Driving Experience with no accidents or incidents. Time management and the ability to maintain route consistency. Communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hydraulics.
