About the Role

The Lead Support Driver is the driver everyone calls when they need it done right. This role is designed to fill in for regular route collection drivers to cover vacation time, sick leave, or other business needs. While the company strives to keep drivers traveling within their region, this position occasionally requires travel outside the region to fill open routes. As a safety-sensitive position, it requires a clear mind and diligence, with the employee bearing responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others.

Compensation & Incentives

We invest in our drivers and reward safe performance through our PEAKS incentive program. Qualified employees are entered into a regional quarterly raffle for a $1,000 PEAKS incentive, the annual raffle for one of four $5,000 regional Summit Prizes, and the company-wide Annual Apex Prize of $10,000. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity to get paid to travel, with $75 overnight travel pay and a $50/day food allowance.
