About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will be the backbone of our western region operations. This role is designed for experienced drivers, though we are offering a special opportunity through May 31, 2026, for recent CDL-A graduates to launch their careers with us. You will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

Your day-to-day involves transporting critical materials across regional routes. A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of flatbed hauling; drivers are expected to tarp approximately 70% of loads, requiring the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. We prioritize your safety and comfort, ensuring our fleet is serviced 24/7/365 and that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, qualified applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a safe driving record. While 4+ months of driving experience is required, recent graduates are welcome to apply during our special hiring window. The process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to tarp loads during orientation.
