About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. This role offers a 34-hour reset, allowing you to be off most weekends.

Your safety is paramount to us. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service staff ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready for the road.

We also offer a modern Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support. While the role requires physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (as flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of loads), we support your journey with a transition package that includes orientation pay to help you focus on driving during your first two weeks.
