About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for a dedicated regional route based out of Fresno, CA (Division 225). In this role, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained to ensure it is 100% ready for the road before you drive it.

This position offers a balance of independence and support. You will be on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time, returning home for 2-3 days. The role involves physical requirements specific to flatbed operations, such as tarping loads (approximately 70% of loads), which requires the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. Drivers are supported by a 24/7/365 road service staff and an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must complete a background check and a clean drug test. We also require a valid Class A CDL, a safe driving record, and at least 6 months of driving experience. During orientation, drivers will be tested on their ability to meet the physical requirements for flatbed tarping.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to help you settle in. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
