About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 200 team based in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will operate OTR (Over-The-Road) routes in the western region of America. You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which includes tarping approximately 70% of loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.

You will drive a fleet of modern flatbed trucks that are meticulously maintained for your safety. These vehicles are equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service staff ensures that trucks are never sent out until they are 100% ready for the road.

Life on the Road

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to invest in you. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. Drivers can expect a schedule of 3 weeks out followed by 3 days off, though home time may vary by division.

For those interested in bringing family along, our Guest Rider Policy allows riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving. Please note that pets are not permitted on our fleet. Drivers also have access to an award-winning Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and communication tools.

Hiring Process

To join our team, applicants must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a clean driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, candidates must have no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years and at least 4 months of driving experience.
