About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. This role offers a 34-hour reset, allowing you to be off most weekends.

Your safety is paramount to us. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to service until it is 100% ready to hit the road safely.

A key aspect of this position involves tarping approximately 70% of loads. Drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice; this capability is tested during orientation. We also support your career with a transition package that includes orientation pay, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old. We require a safe driving record, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, applicants must have no more than six jobs in the last three years and at least four months of driving experience.
