About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290, based out of Kansas City, MO, you will operate modern flatbed trucks on regional routes. This role is designed for experienced drivers, though we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to start your driving career with us.

You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. Approximately 70% of our loads require tarping. Our fleet consists of the newest flatbed trucks, meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

We offer a supportive environment with a 24/7/365 road service staff and an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, and trip data. Drivers can expect to be off most weekends for a 34-hour reset, allowing for consistent home time.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must meet specific hiring qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, candidates must have no more than six jobs in the last three years and possess at least four months of driving experience (or be a recent graduate within our special program).

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
