About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting critical materials across the western region of America. This role offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.
Our fleet consists of modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety, including lane departure warnings, forward collision warning systems, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained; if a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Drivers also have access to a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.
A Unique Opportunity for New Drivers
For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. If you have a valid license but lack extensive experience, you may qualify for our transition package, which includes orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we support your onboarding. This special offer allows qualified new graduates to start their driving career with us.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, applicants must meet specific safety and licensing standards, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and passing a background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result. For flatbed positions, drivers must also be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as tarping approximately 70% of our loads is a core part of the job.
