About the Role
As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver, you will be the backbone of our Division 290 operations based out of Kansas City, MO. You will drive modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Your day-to-day involves transporting critical materials while enjoying a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.
We are committed to your safety and comfort. Our fleet is serviced 24/7/365, and no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, providing real-time updates, pay access, and direct communication with support staff.
Hiring Process & Application
We are currently accepting applications from experienced drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. If you are a recent graduate, you may have the opportunity to receive training and start your driving career with us during this special period.

- Note that for flatbed positions, drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice; this will be tested during orientation.
