About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Your safety is paramount; every tractor is meticulously maintained, and our 24/7/365 road service ensures that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.
This role offers a unique opportunity to become "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation. You will have access to an award-winning driver portal for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data, supported by a team dedicated to driver success.
Hiring Process & Application
We are currently accepting applications from experienced drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. Additional requirements include a clean background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We also require that applicants have no more than six jobs in the last three years.
