About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting essential materials across the western region of America. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fleet of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.
Our drivers enjoy a schedule designed for work-life balance, typically featuring off-time for most weekends with a 34-hour reset. While flatbed driving requires physical capability—specifically the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, which is tested during orientation—our support system is robust. We provide 24/7/365 road service and an award-winning driver portal for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.
We are also committed to growth and transition. For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. Qualified new drivers can access our transition package, which includes orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we support your onboarding. Additionally, our pet policy prohibits pets, but we allow riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. Requirements include a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We also require that candidates have no more than six jobs in the last three years.
