About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. You will be responsible for tarping approximately 70% of loads, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity for recent CDL-A graduates through a special program valid through May 31, 2026. Qualified applicants with a valid license may receive training to start their driving career with us. Drivers can expect to be off most weekends for a 34-hour reset, allowing for consistent home time.

Hiring Process and Application

To join our team, applicants must meet standard hiring requirements, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record. The process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed positions, candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to handle tarping duties.
