About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to drive 100% refrigerated freight without the burden of brokered loads. You will be supported by a dedicated fleet manager to ensure consistent loads and have access to customer trailers with no rental fees. The position offers a unique opportunity to earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge, with a $1 balloon payment structure and a 100% walk-away lease option.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. We review moving violations and preventable accidents on a case-by-case basis, generally looking for no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years.
