About the Role

We are seeking a Fuel Transport Driver to join our team in Georgetown, KY. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of one year of tractor/trailer driving experience. While experience in the petroleum industry is preferred, it is not required; what matters most is an excellent driving record and a commitment to safety.

This role is critical to our mission of keeping North America moving. As a driver, you will operate within our extensive network, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of refined fuel. The position offers significant opportunities for career advancement, with potential paths into leadership roles such as Driver Trainer, Lead Driver, Field Supervisor, and regional Safety and Operations Management.

Compensation and Culture

Our drivers enjoy generous compensation and an excellent benefits package. Base pay ranges from $26.00 to $28.50 per hour, with additional differentials available for night shifts ($1.00/hour) and weekend schedules ($1.50/hour). Drivers also receive time-and-a-half for hours over 40 in a workweek, safety enhancement pay, and driver trainer pay for qualifying mentors. A $10 meal coupon is provided per shift.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a required training period spanning approximately 2 to 6 weeks following their start date. During this training, drivers will earn $24.00 per hour. Upon successful completion of the training, drivers will transition to the standard pay rate.
