About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 264, based out of Ennis, TX. This role focuses on regional routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.
Your day-to-day involves transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. We offer a supportive environment with 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure your truck is always safe and ready for the road. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, designed by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass a physical test during orientation to demonstrate the ability to handle tarping duties.
We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
