About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
As a Regional Reefer Driver, you can expect a schedule that balances time on the road with time at home (typically out 11 days, home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed). You will have access to top-of-the-line equipment featuring extensive cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio.
We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. If you ever need assistance, you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site.
